Payment Options

   Payment is required in advance. All payments must be in U.S. currency and made payable to Artistic Jeweler. For your convenience we accept secure online credit card orders using MasterCard, Visa and Discovery. You can also call in an order 1-541-888-5130 or you can order by mail with a personal check or money order. Remember there is no Sales Tax in Oregon!

Terms and Conditions

   When purchasing an item from Artistic Jeweler, you must abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. It is Artistic Jeweler policy to provide our customers with the best service and prices available.

Prices and Descriptions

   Please keep in mind that the color and quality of our sample photographs are dependent upon the quality of your monitor and video card.
Artistic Jeweler makes every effort to make sure our descriptions and prices are as accurate as possible.   However, occasionally we make a mistake. Whenever a mistake is made we will inform the customer of the error and will allow the customer the option of canceling the order. This is done to protect the buyer and seller. The images and descriptions shown are what we believe to be accurate examples of the items we ship.

Shipping, Handling and Delivery

   Most orders are shipped within 2-3 days of payment however custom orders can take as long as 4 weeks after payment. Please allow time for processing your order. In the event of any item being sold out, the customer will be notified and have the option for full refund. If you have any special delivery requirement, please send message to Artistic Jeweler, using e-mail.
   Shipping, handling (shipped within the USA) is Free. Domestic sales are shipped USPS and we require a phone number of where the item is to be shipped. Items through the Ordered through the Huge Jewelry Catalog have a shipping charge that corresponds to the items size and weight.
   Shipping and handling outside the U.S.A. is not availible at this time.
   Artistic Jeweler will notify the buyer upon shipping so you will know your package is on its way. In most cases, we will provide you with a tracking number. As all ship-to addresses are entered by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for all extra costs incurred due to incorrect shipping addresses or incorrect phone numbers, so please take a few extra minutes to make sure that you have filled out the Order Form correctly.

Refunds and Returns

   Return policy: Any item (except custom orders) may be returned for refund within 7 days of receipt of said item, less shipping, handling, insurance, sizing costs (if applicable), and credit card fees involved in the transaction. Any merchandise that is switched, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Artistic Jeweler must receive items returned within 14 days of receipt by the customer. No refunds after 30 days from purchase, credit only will be permitted.
   Custom orders are not refundable nor can they be exchanged. A custom order is defined as a piece of jewelry with specific design agreed to by customer, ordered and agreed to by the customer’s payment.
